1. Utilizing our proprietary navigation and positioning system, coupled with our proprietary AGV motion controller, we achieve a positioning accuracy of ±10mm/±5mm;
2. Equipped with a multi-layered safety collision avoidance system comprising laser collision avoidance, mechanical collision avoidance, and a 3D binocular camera, ensuring safe and automatic operation of the AGV;
3. Equipped with an AGV scheduling system and human-computer interaction software, the system manages all AGVs through the deployed wireless network, achieving AGV scheduling control and data monitoring. The system can also interface with MES/WMS production management systems, creating an intelligent manufacturing factory.
